Łukasz "Prezes" Okoński is the owner of Szafirowy Dwór co-owner and kayfabe Chairman of Prime Time Wrestling, as well as a part-time wrestler.

Debut

Starting with Underground 21, PTW moved from Chorzów to Kozłów and settled in a local hotel/restaurant owned by Łukasz Okoński. He became increasingly involved in the product, first appearing in promo segments, then becoming PTW's co-owner and later the same year making his in-ring debut against Serg Sullivan. His debut appearance sparked some controversy, as he wore a BDSM-style mask and was led into the ring on a chain held by a scantly-clad woman, which seemed contrary to the promotion's intended family-friendly image.

Feud with Pawłowski

At Underground 25 Łukasz's business partner and PTW founder Arkadiusz Pawłowski got involved into a rivalry against the current PTW Champion Puncher. This was caused by Puncher's attack on Okoński at Underground 24, where the champion put Łukasz through a table. In the main event of Underground 25 Puncher was set to defend his championship against Spartan, but shockingly, Pawłowski turned heel and attacked Spartan with a chair, leading to a conflict between the two owners. During the build-up for the next show, Łukasz was trying to reach out to Pawłowski, but to no avail. They finally faced off at the show, where Pawłowski officially turned not only on the fans, but also on his business partner by kicking him in the groin, followed by a chair to the back.

The growing rivalry over the ownership of PTW caused a bit of a split inside PTW's locker room. Pawłowski gathered a villainous stable called Nietykalni (The Untouchables), which consisted of himself as the leader, Puncher and Royal Rebels - a tag team of Alex Brave & Vincent Caravaggio. Łukasz focused on fighting them with the help of another of Nietykalni's rivals - Spartan - as well as by swaying bullied referees Klaudiusz and Herno to his side. At the show named after the stable he managed to defeat Pawłowski's minion Brave in a Hardcore Match.

Parenthood arc

During the final moments of Apokalipsa Pawłowski addressed the audience with another devastating announcement: that Sigma Boy xD is in fact the bastard son of Łukasz "Prezes" Okoński. This caused Sigma Boy xD's meltdown, and apparently him joining Pawłowski, who comforted him after this revelation. Łukasz later admitted in Instagram promos that he is, in fact, the father of Sigma Boy xD and tried to mend fences with him, but was pushed away by his son. His whole conflict with his son was however quickly resolved, as at the next show - Ból Istnienia - Sigma Boy xD and Okoński teamed up against Royal Rebels for the PTW Tag Team Championship, against Sigma's will. They lost the match due to Pawłowski's interference, but at the end of the show, when the villainous PTW promoter tried to convince Sigma to pierce his father with a lightsaber, the young padawan turned on his Nietykalni master and joined Team Okoński.

Fight over PTW's ownership

After fixing his relationship with his bastard son, Okoński continued his feud with Nietykalni. Team Okoński faced them in an Elimination Tag Team Match at Haloweenowa Rozpierducha, where Team Okoński lost both the match and further championship opportunity for Spartan because of Nano Lopez's betrayal of Team Okoński. At Totalna Anihilacja Okoński was given one last chance to get Spartan's championship opportunity straight. He faced Puncher and Pan Pawłowski in a Three Stages of Hell Match. Despite the clear disadvantage, he managed to win the match by pinning Pawłowski in two of the rounds.

This led to a Spartan vs Puncher match being not only for the PTW Championship, but also for the ownership of Prime Time Wrestling itself. At Świąt Nie Będzie Spartan managed to finally end Pawłowski's reign over PTW, leaving all the power in Okoński's hands.
