Freak Show was the second event held in Bakara, and MZW's 21st event. The Battle Royal match is notable for featuring the debuts of several future MZW and PTW wrestlers: Amisz, Bartosz Borowski, Kuba Kamiński and Rafał Orszak, all of whom would in time become popular workers on the Polish scene. Another new face, although an experienced wrestler by then, was Damian Lambert (previously from KPW), who'd returned from a brief excursion to Great Britain.

Justin Joy, absent since MZW Beatdown more than a year before, also returned at this event.
