FRPW: Dojo Showcase #2

The second Dojo showcase was held in Teatr Komuna. Unlike the first event, this one was advertised as a Dojo show only, without the PpW branding. Instead, it was the first event organised solely by Fundacja Rozwoju Polskiego Wrestlingu - an organisation which is the owner of Warszawska Szkoła Wrestlingu (formerly Ewenement Dojo).

Build-up

The show was announced on 17.06.2026. No workers were mentioned, but the official banner listed Gustav Gryffin, Goblin, Jacob Crane, Agentka Agatka and Leon Lato.
The first match and the main event of the show, announced on 22.06.2026, was Leon Lato vs Oskar Alexander.
On 24.06.2026 the Dojo announced Jacob Crane vs an unspecified rookie.
On 1.07.2026 came the news of a Rumble Match. While no participants were named, the post stated that anyone can be expected to appear: "both men and women, both known and experienced workers as well as just debuting rookies".
The next day the Dojo posted about Bartosz Plata vs Austrian wrestler Barbarossa. Barbarossa had previously appeared at KPW Arena 29, and this would be his PpW/Dojo debut.
On 3.07.2026 the Dojo announced Agentka Agatka & Gabriel Queen vs Gloria G Szek & Goblin in a Mixed Tag Team.
On 5.07.2026 Boro & Mutant were announced to have a spot on the card, without further details.
On 10.07.2026 FRPW shared that the main event match would be sponsored by Yatta.pl - a long-standing Polish chain of manga bookshops.

Highlights

This show was intentionally different from PpW events, with all tickets seated, different lighting, and a PG language policy. Host Joker reminded the PpW fans present to mind their language, which was mostly successful.
Additionally, the show featured no hardcore matches, no weapons of any kind and no blood.
During the intermission, Head Coach Jacob Crane ran a basic wrestling training session, advertised as for kids between the ages of 7 and 15. There were six participants, all aged towards the younger side of this bracket, of which two were girls. The kids performed a few basic exercises together with the wrestlers, including squats, push-ups, forward and backward rolls, and an assisted jump onto the second rope in the corner to pose.

Bart Petro, previously appearing for PTW, was a surprise contestant in the Rumble Match.
Before the main event bell rang, FRPW Board Member Gustav Gryffin entered the ring to hand bags with gifts to both of the competitors - a practice imported from the Japanese wrestling scene.
After the main event, Leon, still winded and panting, took the mic and praised all the rookies present, and the Foundations' efforts. He recalled that back when he wanted to become a wrestler, such level of professional guidance was not easily available.
